In an interview, the beautician Riley explained how he worked on the Duchess’s eyebrows: starting from the technique of threading, or hair removal with thread (which involves the removal of hair through cotton threads intertwined with each other to pull the hairs at the root), the stylist used the tweezers to redefine the arches and make them more orderly.
